Recognizing and Preventing #Cancer

By Michael Russell

Most people claim that we are making giant steps towards winning the war on cancer. However, 40 years ago, one in every five individuals would develop cancer. Nowadays the odds aren't getting better. Today the chance of somebody developing any form of cancer is one in three.

While some cancers are deadlier than others, it is important to note that all cancers are extremely serious and require close medical care and supervision. This article will only discuss cancer in general. A detailed description of each kind of cancer can be found on numerous web sites and medical books for closer inspection and understanding.

Cancer can mean a lot of things to many people but medically, cancer it self pertains to a condition where are cells produce rapidly on an area of the body for no logical reason. This rapid growth in cells results in a mass which we call a tumor. A tumor can be benign or malignant; if it is benign, it can be removed by a simple surgery, but if it is malignant, the uncontrolled cell growth can overwhelm the body's normal defensive system and can often lead to death.

Recognizing cancer in its early stages can be tricky but the normal signs include the following:

If urine is bloody or painful, or if one feels a frequent need to urinate, it might be a sign of bladder cancer. Lumps in the breast, swelling and itching in the breast area, or sore nipples could be signs of breast cancer. Bloody stools, frequent diarrhoea, or constipation can indicate colon cancer.

Cervical cancer starts with heavier bleeding, increased pain during menstruation, or unusual vaginal discharges. Prostate cancer starts with weak urination, pain in the pelvic region, or chronic back pain. Unusual bumps on or under the skin, darkened moles and sores that bleed or do not heal are signs of skin cancer. At the first sign of any of these cancers, you must see your doctor immediately for further testing. Early diagnosis of cancer is one of the most important aspects of beating the disease and increasing your chances of survival.

The potential causes of cancer are numerous. There are obvious carcinogens like smoking, pesticides and pollution. Unhealthy lifestyle choices like the overuse of alcohol and drugs, excessive exposure to the sun, being overweight and a failure to handle stress all contribute to the formation of cancer cells. Cancer can also be hereditary. Other cancer-causing substances you may not be aware of are: chlorinated water, mercury fillings in the teeth, processed foods with artificial colors and additives, diets low in fiber or high in fat and eating cured meats like hot dogs, salami, ham and bacon. Heavy use of artificial sweeteners, excessive sugar consumption, birth control pills, estrogen therapy, heavy coffee consumption, severe burns and a history of venereal disease also pose as higher risk factors for certain cancers.

There are many vitamins you can take to lessen your risk of cancer or help treat a cancerous condition you may already have. For all cancers, vitamins A, C and E are important antioxidants and proven immunity enhancers. Calcium carbonate can lessen the cancer cells in the colon lining. Kelp, coenzyme Q10 and folic acid can reduce tumors in breast-cancer patients. Lycopene, omega-3, zinc and grapeseed have also shown strong anticancer properties.

Popular herbs to supplement these vitamins are liquid garlic, ginger and curcumin. These herbs have shown great promise in the prevention of cancer, especially skin and prostate cancer. Drinking several cups of green tea daily has also been proven in many studies to boost your body's immunity to cancer.

Pain in Lower Left Side

By Jason Christiansen

There are a number of reasons why pain in your lower left side could exist, as well as a number of solutions on how to reduce and get rid of that pain. In order to determine the exact solution we must first determine the cause of the pain.

What are the common symptoms?

Side pain is a discomfort on the left or right side of the body, typically between the chest and hips. Most pain radiates from damaged bones, muscles or nerves, but blood vessels, organs and other structures can also become infected, or inflamed. Can pain just occur in just the lower left side?

The short answer, yes, pain can occur in one localized area. What causes lower left side pain?

Urinary Causes

Most of the causes in this area stem from the kidney. It could be as simple as a bruised kidney from some type of trauma or it could be something more serious like kidney cancer.

Gastrointestinal Causes

Most gastrointestinal causes are due to abdominal pain, but lower left side pain may occur in conjunction with abdominal pain due to any of the following conditions:

  • Appendicitis
  • Bowel blockage
  • Pancreatic cancer
  • Diverticulitis
  • Flatulence
  • Food poisoning
  • Gall bladder disorders
  • Crohn's disease
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs)
  • Liver disorders
  • Pancreatitis
  • Ruptured spleen

Often times abdominal pain is the actual cause for pain in your lower left side.

Lung Related Causes

Many times lungs can create localized pain in your side because they extend down and towards the sides of your torso. This can be especially for those with asthma after intense sporting events.

Some other related causes are:

  • Bronchitis
  • Pleurisy
  • Pneumonia
  • Plumonary edema

Gynecological Causes

Female reproductive organs may become inflamed, infected, or otherwise damaged, causing pain in the lower side, usually directly above the groin. Gynecological causes of side pain include:

  • Pregnancy related issues
  • Ovarian cysts
  • Salpingitis (inflammation of the fallopian tubes)
  • Tubo-ovarian abscess (abscess affecting an ovary and fallopian tube)

Cardiovascular Causes

Side pain can possibly arise from heart problems. Most of the following conditions are usually more associated with pain in the chest, just like the lungs, this pain can radiate outward to your side via your ribcage. Cardiovascular conditions include:

  • Abdominal aortic aneurysm
  • Aortic dissection
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Coronary artery disease (heart disease)
  • Endocarditis (inflammation or infection of the inner lining of the heart)
  • Heart attack
  • Mitral valve prolapse and other heart valve problems
  • Pericarditis (inflammation or infection of the lining that covers the heart)
  • Thoracic aortic aneurysm

Other Causes of Side Pain

Many times side pain is caused by something we do, like lifting heavy objects with out proper technique. If you're reading this, you no know what they mean by "lift with your legs." Many of the below causes are also related to the main anatomical categories discussed above, but if you can a narrow it down to something in this list then you'll know what to avoid in the future.

  • Exercise
  • Fibromyalgia (chronic condition that causes pain, stiffness and tenderness)
  • Hernia
  • Muscle spasm
  • Musculoskeletal injuries, such as a rib fracture or strained muscle in the chest wall, back, or abdomen
  • Neuritis (inflammation of a nerve between ribs)
  • Seminal vesiculitis (seminal vesicle inflammation)
  • Shingles (herpes zoster infection)

After you've had a chance to read through some of the causes, learn how to properly diagnose pain in the lower left side.

What if you just can't get rid of pain in lower left side?

I know how hard it can be to deal with side pain, but if you really want to diagnose and treat it properly you'll need the right resources.

You can read more details about side pain here: Pain in Lower Left Side [http://www.paininlowerleftside.net/].

Understanding the Three Main #Cancer Therapy Options for Malignant Tumors

By Anna Woodward

Being diagnosed with a serious illness is stressful. While you are going through a myriad of emotions, you now have to figure out what treatment plan to undergo. Of course, your doctor will be available to discuss the following cancer therapy options with you.

Surgery

Surgery is not an option for everyone. This option depends on the location and type of tumor you have. If you are able to have surgery, a specialist will cut into the infected area and remove the growth. There are times, however, that the surgeon may not remove the entire tumor. Instead, he or she may simply debulk a large growth. By cutting it down, other cancer therapy techniques can be more effective.

While surgery typically utilizes scalpels and general anesthetics, your doctor may choose other surgical procedures. These include lasers, cryosurgery, or photodynamic surgeries. These options are typically used on growths on the surface, or just below the surface, of the skin.

Radiation

Another common treatment is radiation. With this, you will be exposed to high doses of radiation. The doses will kill the tumor cells and shrink the mass. It takes time for this method to start working. You shouldn't get discouraged if the first few treatments don't seem to do anything. However, while it can take weeks for the cells to start dying, they continue to die off weeks after your treatments have ended.
You have a couple of options for radiation treatments. The first is the traditional external beam. You are exposed to a stream of radiation over a specific area from a large machine. While the machine doesn't touch you, it has been known to be very noisy.

There are also internal radiation options. With this, the radiation is put into your body, either as a solid source or a liquid through an IV line. Unlike external bombardment, this option causes radiation to go throughout your entire body and is not targeted to one specific area.

Chemotherapy

Chemotherapy is an option that frequently comes up in cancer therapy discussions. This option is used in conjunction with surgery, or it can be used alone. It is often the first choice to fight against fast-growing tumor cells. It can shrink the growth enough so that surgery can eradicate the rest of the infestation. Unfortunately, this option is known for killing not just cancerous cells but also healthy cells, which is why many patients experience mouth sores, hair loss, and nausea.

You have options when it comes to how you will receive your chemotherapy. While one of the most common forms is through an IV, you could also receive this therapy as a pill. You can also have it injected either into the muscle of your arm, hip, or thigh, into the space between the layers of tissue that covers the brain and spinal cord, or into the peritoneal cavity. There are also creams with the chemotherapy medication you can rub onto your skin.

Which cancer therapy plan you decide on will be determined by the type and stage of the illness. Your doctor will be able to tell you which treatments give you the best chance. He or she may only suggest one or two options, or there may be others that he or she will explain to you.

Green Tea's Fight Against #Cancer

By Kerry Gregg

Green tea has long been known for its cancer-preventing and cancer-fighting properties. But with more scientific research coming in every year, we're finding out that drinking green tea is a much more potent fighter in the war against cancer than previously thought.

There have been dozens of research studies that have linked drinking green tea regularly to both a preventative and fighting effect on cancer cells in the body. Scientists believe that it is the high number of the antioxidants epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), flavonoids and polyphenols that help to prevent the formation of cancer cells, kill existing cancer cells and stop the progression of cancer cells.

Breast cancer. Studies on animals suggest that the polyphenols in green tea slow the growth rate of breast cancer cells. In a study of 472 women with varying degrees of breast cancer, scientists found that those who drank the most amount of green tea had the least spread of cancer

Prostate cancer. Researchers in Southeast China found that the risk of prostate cancer declined with an increase in green tea consumption.

Lung cancer. The polyphenols in green tea have been found to slow the growth of human lung cancer cells in laboratory test tubes.

Colorectal cancer. Various studies have concluded that drinking 1.2-4.5 cups of tea per day results in a significantly reduced risk of both colon and rectal cancers - in some studies the risk was dropped by 60%.

Ovarian cancer. Studies have found that 1) there is a distinct correlation between an increase of tea consumption and a decrease in the risk of ovarian cancer, 2) women who drank at least one cup of green tea per day lived longer with existing ovarian cancer.

Skin cancer. Studies have found that EGCG and polyphenols in green tea have certain anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties that may help to prevent the formation and growth of skin tumors.

Stomach cancer. Controlled laboratory studies using test tubes found that the polyphenols in green tea inhibit the growth of stomach cancer cells.

Bladder cancer. One study found that women who consumed green tea had a lower risk of developing bladder cancer. Another study revealed that bladder cancer patients (particularly male) who drank green tea had a substantially better five-year survival rate than those who did not drink green tea.

Esophageal cancer. In animal testing, studies have found that green tea polyphenols slowed the growth rate of esophageal cancer cells.

Pancreatic cancer. Researchers have found that a direct link exists between drinking green tea and a lowered risk of pancreatic cancer. For women, those who drank the most green tea were 50% less likely to develop pancreatic cancer. Men who drank the most green tea were 37% less likely to develop pancreatic cancer.

As studies continue be conducted with findings pointing towards a positive link between drinking green tea and a reduced risk of cancer, there seems to be no doubt among researchers that green tea is the most healthy drink on Earth.

Fighting #Cancer, Strengthen your #ImmuneSystem Naturally, a much better way

By: Alan Wighton

In dealing with cancer it’s vitally important to boost your immune system and the only way to do that is naturally. With our drug orientated system of treatments we have today for cancer no one will tell you how to help yourself overcome the problem with some simple lifestyle changes. What a person newly diagnosed needs, is information on how to strengthen their built in defence system which will help the body heal.

All cancers are simply a disease of an immune system that’s been weakened by the way we now live with our artificial food, our sedentary lifestyle as well as the toxic chemicals we use. Common sense should tell us that to overcome the problem all one has to do is to strengthen the immune system and the best way to achieve that is naturally.

The root cause of the cancer growths should be the focus of any treatments yet our mainstream way of treating it typically ignores this. Our treatments today attack the symptoms at the surface, not the causes at the roots. They think of any cancer cells as foreign invaders and simply try to annihilate them instead of treating them as normal body cells which have engaged in undisciplined rapid cell division because of an immune system that’s been weakened.

A much more effective way is to treat the body naturally which will strengthen the immune system and that will assist the body to heal itself. Treating cancer naturally means treating the person and not the growths alone and a great way to start is by correcting the diet. Good nutrition is essential for everyone who’s been diagnosed with cancer.

Cancer is not caused by a virus, bacteria or a faulty gene but by a poor lifestyle and there is no such thing as a quick fix treatment to eliminate it permanently. The best way to fight the disease is with a dedicated anti cancer lifestyle and you do that with knowledge about its causes and never go back to the old habits that allowed these growths to appear in the first place.

There are many changes you can make to help boost the immune system and they are;

* Change the food you eat to include fresh raw fruit and vegetables because they have a vitally important role in boosting the immune system.

* Always choose whole grain versions of rice, pasta and flour.

* Avoid refined and preserved processed foods as these have had most of their nutritional potential removed.

* Avoid refined sugar as it’s been shown to significantly suppress the immune system.

* Taking some regular aerobic exercise is an essential ingredient in any plan to boost the immune system.

* Stop smoking and avoid passive smoke which is smoke from other people.

* Emotional health can play a key role in weakening the immune system so seek help if this might be part of the problem.

The more you understand the immune system and its complexities and what it does, the more you realize that it’s a miracle that it can keep our body healthy most of our lives.

There is no treatment or no drug that can overcome the effects of a poor diet, a lack of exercise or an unhealthy lifestyle which have all contributed to the problem. True cures means dealing with the causes and the only way to do that is naturally.

We must never forget that our main weapon against cancer is our own bodies defense system, that is the immune system and it alone has the power to heal.

Misdiagnosis of Gall Bladder #Cancer and the Law

By Chris N. Jackson

Gall bladder cancer is form of cancer that affects the tissues of the gall bladder. The gall bladder is an organ that is somewhat small in sized, shaped like a pear, and found just under the liver on the right side of the abdominal cavity. The function of the gall bladder is to store bile and digestive fluids that are produced by the liver.

The incidence rate of gall bladder cancer is low, making it a fairly rare type of cancer. If the disease is diagnosed in the earliest stages, the chances of having a successful recovery are very good. That being said, the majority of cases of gall bladder cancer are not found early, and later stages of the disease make recovery chances quite poor.

The main reason that gall bladder cancer is often not diagnosed until it is in the later stages is because there are very few warning signs or early symptoms. What's more, the location of the gall bladder makes it difficult to view, which can mean cancer can be growing on it for a long time without being seen.

As mentioned above, gall bladder cancer is fairly rare, and usually affects people who are over seventy years of age. The disease affects women more so than men, which could be due to the fact that women tend to live longer than men. Misdiagnoses of gall bladder cancer are often because the disease is so rare, and because most technicians and other medical personnel do not spot it in a timely manner. There are a number of risk factors associated with gall bladder cancer such as: inflammation, gall stones, a family history of the disease, polyps, obesity, smoking, abnormal bile ducts, and porcelain gall bladder.

Unfortunately, there are few definitive symptoms of gall bladder cancer in the earliest form. That being said, there are times that a surgeon may notice particular abnormalities and order more tests when removing gall stones. For the most part, however, gall bladder cancer is only found in the later stages when symptoms do start to appear. These symptoms can include: sudden pain that can come and go on the right side of the abdominal area, a general not well feeling, or a high fever. This form of cancer can also cause bile ducts to become blocked leading to the digestive system from the gall bladder, which can cause the body to reabsorb bile which can result in a number of secondary symptoms such as jaundice. Because these symptoms can also be associated with conditions that are far less serious, such as gall stones, it is not uncommon to misdiagnose gall bladder cancer entirely. This fact, when combined with the problem of elderly patients not seeking prompt medical attention can lead to complications that can be life threatening.

In the event that medical attention is sought, but tests are not ordered, not properly analyzed, or symptoms have just been dismissed as a more minor condition until the cancer has spread, medical negligence may have occurred. When this happens, it is in your, and your family's, best interest to contact a personal injury attorney who specializes in cases of medical negligence and malpractice.

Personal injury attorneys who work in this field are extremely familiar with all of the ins and outs that surround these types of cases, and will work hard to ensure your claim is handled properly. While they cannot undo the harm that has been done, they can help you to recover damages in an attempt to rebuild part of your life.

Since medical negligence and malpractice cases can be quite complex in nature, and because the laws that surround these types of cases can vary a great deal from state to state, it is not recommended that you attempt to file on your own. Missing just one detail, one filing deadline, or any other mishap can completely ruin your chances of seeking the damages you are entitled to receive.

Most personal injury attorneys take medical negligence and malpractice cases on a contingency basis, which means you do not have to pay anything upfront. This can be a tremendous comfort because you can rest assured that your claim is being handled in a professional manner without the added worry of how to fund it as it progresses through the court system. This means that you have nothing to lose, but a great deal to gain.

Medical negligence claims are extremely serious and, especially when relating to gall bladder cancer misdiagnoses, can be completely devastating. It is important that you understand that you do have legal rights, and that you should take the steps necessary to enforce those rights. You can seek compensation for your pain and suffering, your past, present, and future medical bills, and even loss of income from having to quit your job. Not only will you be insuring your future, you will also be taking action to help prevent similar cases from happening in the future to other innocent parties. No one should have to endure this type of treatment, and far too often medical professionals are let off the hook with no blemish applied to their record so other patients have no idea of their mistakes.

Medical professionals, like many other professionals are expected to provide a particular duty of care. Those in the medical community even take an oath when becoming licensed. They vow to "do no harm" in any instance. By providing care that is lacking, or by not spending the time needed to make a proper diagnosis or follow up properly, harm is done, and in many cases, this harm cannot be undone. This breach of duty should not have happened, and it cannot and should not be ignored. It should also not be allowed to go unpunished. You should not delay in contacting a personal injury attorney to help you with your case. These professionals will not rest until those responsible are brought to justice and you receive everything you are entitled to.

#GreenTea For #Cancer Prevention

by Brian Chesterton

Investigation has revealed numerous benefits to ingesting green tea. In this article I will talk of the benefits of green tea in cancer treatment and prevention.

Cancer In General
Population based studies have discovered decreased rates of cancer in countries where green tea is regularly consumed. It cannot be proven that injesting tea is causing the decreased cancer rates, but it does indicate that it may play a role.

Breast Cancer
Animal studies have demonstrated some evidence that polyphenols in green tea slow or halt the division of breast cancer cells. A study of nearly 500 woman demonstrated that woman who drank the most tea had the lowest rates of breast cancer. Additionally, woman who consumed 5 or more cups per day before being diagnosed with early stage breast cancer were less liable to have a recurrence after treatment.

Colorectal Cancer
A Chinese study found that woman who consumed green tea on a regular basis had a 37% lower risk of developing colorectal cancer.

Lung Cancer
Cell and animal based studies have hinted that polyphenols may control the growth of lung cancer cells, and even cause cell death. Further human based investigation is needed.

Bladder Cancer
One study found that woman who were day-to-day tea drinkers had decreased rates of bladder cancer. A follow-up to the same study found that tea drinkers who developed cancer had a substantially better 5 year survival rate. A different study found that substances in green tea caused cancer cells to mature in closer formations, limiting the spread of cancer and making it easier to treat.

Ovarian Cancer
A study of ovarian cancer patients in China found that people who consumed the most green tea survived the longest. A different study in Sweden found that just small amounts of tea, a cup or less per day, decreased ovarian cancer risk.

Esophageal Cancer
Inquiry into green tea's effect on esophageal cancer have been mixed. A few have demonstrated benefit, and others have demonstrated higher risk of cancer with tea drinking. Consuming very hot beverages has been demonstrated to raise rates of mouth and esophageal cancer. The high tempurature can damage cells, and elevated cell damage raises the risk of cancer. It's recommended to let your tea cool down to a sensible tempurature before drinking.

Pancreatic Cancer
Population based studies have demonstrated a lower risk of pancreatic cancer in people who regularly drink green tea. This was especially true in woman, who had a 50% reduction in cancer rates. Men had a 37% decrease.

Prostate Cancer
Cell based studies have discovered that green tea extract prevents prostate cancer growth. Human based studies have discovered decreased cancer risk in individuals who drink tea on a regular basis. One study showed an 86% decrease in prostate cancer in men who consumed the most tea. Another found that EGCG, a polyhenol, lowered PSA levels. PSA is marker of prostate cancer risk.

Common Evidences and Key Facts of #BladderCancer

Unfortunately, visible bladder cancer symptoms often don't exhibit themselves until the advanced stages of the disease, making early detection absolutely critical. To learn more about identifying bladder cancer and how to protect yourself if you're at risk for it, keep reading.

Signs Associated With Bladder Cancer

The most common bladder cancer symptoms include bloody urine (should be a deep or brownish red) and painful or frequent urination. Incontinence can also be sometimes associated with the disease.

These symptoms, though almost always present in bladder cancer, are also always present in other urinary and bladder problems like urinary tract infections, prostate issues, prostrate infections, gall stones, cysts and more.

How Bladder Cancer is Diagnosed

If a patient is at risk for developing bladder cancer (typically indicated by a genetic family history of the disease), then the person is often referred to a urologist who can test for the disease using cytology. While cytology can be an effective way to assess potential danger, it's not a sensitive test and can sometimes produce negative results even when cancer is present.

Another method used to detect bladder cancer is called cytoscopy. A cytoscopy is basically a small camera that's inserted through the urethra and into the bladder. Once inserted, a urologist can view the interior of the bladder to check for lesions or tumors.

How Bladder Cancer is Treated

The method  used to treat bladder cancer will often depend on the stage of the disease and what form it has taken. For example, a superficial tumor may be easily removed in surgery simply by shaving it off. In other cases, immunotherapy is used to treat tumors, while chemotherapy may be used with others.

However, tumors or lesions that are not considered superficial must be removed by removing all or part of the bladder. Some skilled surgeons can even construct a new bladder out of the remaining skin. This is done either in conjunction with or as an alternative to radiation and chemotherapy - often used to finish off any remnants of the cancer.

Identifying Risk Factors for Bladder Cancer

Though genetic disposition is the most common factor in determining a patient's risk for developing the disease, most urologists agree that environmental factors can play a huge part. For example, holding excessive amounts of toxins and carcinogens in the bladder can become a major cause of bladder cancer.

This is why flushing out the system by drinking lots of water (at least eight glasses) every day can dramatically reduce your chances of developing the disease.

It's important to remember that bladder cancer symptoms may not always be evident or appear until the advanced stages of the disease. So, if you have a family history of members experiencing this afflictionScience Articles, it's important to tell your family doctor and to see a urologist regularly.

Cigarette Smoking and #BladderCancer

by Brent Boyd

Cigarette smoking has been strongly linked to ailments such as heart disease, lung cancer, and other respiratory and circulatory diseases. However, there are several other cancers that can be developed because of cigarette smoking such as bladder cancer. Bladder cancer affects about 53,000 thousand individuals across the United States and smokers are twice more likely to get lung cancer than non-smokers.

Cigarette smoke contains more than 4,000 chemicals, 60 of which are highly carcinogenic. Smoking means exposing oneself to chemicals like hydrogen cyanide, butane, nicotine, carbolic acid, ammonia, and other harmful chemicals. As these substances are inhaled, they are absorbed into the lungs and eventually into the bloodstream. The blood then gets filtered by the kidneys and is incorporated in the urine. These carcinogens damage the urothelial cells that line the bladder walls and cause the development of tumors.

In some cases, bladder cancer often causes no symptoms until it has reached an advanced cure that may be difficult to cure. Noticeable symptoms of bladder cancer are non-specific, which means that these conditions may be linked to other health conditions other than cancer. Some of the symptoms of bladder cancer include the following:

Presence of blood in the urine; Pain or burning sensation during urination without the occurrence of urinary tract infection (UTI); and Urinating more often or feeling the strong urge to urinate without producing much urine.

Because of modern technology and advanced medicine, treatments for bladder cancer are now widely available. Treatment depends on the stage of the disease, the type of cancer, and the patient's overall health. Surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy are some of the common methods performed to treat this kind of cancer. However these treatments may produce a number of side effects that may affect one's sexual health. These treatments may cause certain signs and symptoms that may make sexual intimacy with one'Information on causes of strep throat can be found at the Throat Problems site.s partner more difficult. But this does not mean that a healthy sex life after cancer treatment cannot be achieved. Doctors should be consulted for possible remedies for these conditions.

Some sexual health problems that may be caused by cancer treatment may include the following:

Inability to achieve or maintain an erection (erectile dysfunction) Difficulty climaxing Orgasm without discharge of semen (dry orgasm) Weaker, less satisfying orgasms Loss of libido Pain during sex

The development of different kinds of cancers that are linked to cigarette smoking have made the need to quit smoking more important. Despite the availability of many methods for cancer, people can drastically lessen the risks of developing bladder cancer by quitting cigarette smoking --- a goal that might be easier said than done for certain individuals. These individuals may use various quit smoking products like nicotine gums, patches, and others that are out in the market. These products are scientifically proven to aid individuals who want to quit smoking. These products work by temporarily supplying the body with nicotine through means other than cigarettes. This helps calm physical withdrawal symptoms of cigarette smoking. Using these products and coupling them with the right attitude a sure formula for the prevention of bladder cancer and improve one's overall health and well-being.

Can't Stop #Smoking, Start Drinking Tea...

By: David Giusti

Let me start off by saying, that this is not an article about how to stop smoking. In a way, it is quite the opposite. Whether it is a pipe, cigar, or cigarettes, some of us have found that we are smokers. Maybe you have attempted to quit, and maybe you haven't cared enough to try. Either way, the truth remains, "I am a smoker." If this sounds familiar, then you I write this for you.

It came to me one afternoon, when I was trying to fight off a sore throat, and I held my pipe in my left hand, and searched for my lighter with my right... I shouldn't be doing this. I have had this sore throat for a week, and I can't stop smoking.

Well, the truth was the truth, and I really didn't have intentions of stopping... Slowing down, yes; stopping, no. Though this moment was quick, it was important, as it was then that I accepted my fait. And more importantly, was now able to balance the scales.

Smoking makes you look old, smoking causes cancer, smoking smells, smoking makes your teeth yellow, and a million other STOP SMOKING ads rushed through my head...

I accepted them all...

Ok, now what... Well, I began to think. With a sore throat nagging me at the moment, I decided to attack this enemy first. Mouth wash, medicine, vitamins; I found these were all good ideas. But although I was helping the issue, my throat still hurt, and I was beginning to cough.

Perhaps the coughing was a blessing in disguise as I reached for cup of tea to help stop a fit of coughs. The steam helped me breathe, and the hot water cleared my throat. If nothing else, this experience got me thinking.

I looked further into the matter, as I of course stepped up my tea intake.

I found out that drinking tea, Rooibos Tea and Jasmine Green Tea in particular, will help me to relax (calming down my nerves), contain large amounts of anti oxidants to fight against the increased level of free radicals in my body from smoking (the cause aging skin and of course, Cancer), clean my body of toxins, help me breathe, and help my previously mentioned sore throat. I looked at this list, and the STOP SMOKING ads returned...
